Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n

General
\nThe following Terms and Conditions are part of all contracts (electronic and written) with NewWeb Design, Vienna – Barcelona. Deviating AGB`s national and international contractors are not part of the contract. Additional agreements are only binding if they are confirmed in writing by letter or e-mail. Oral statements are always non-binding.<\/p>\n

Offer
\nOur offers are non-binding. All prices are gross prices incl. Taxes.<\/p>\n

Placing an order
\nOrders must grundsetzlich in writing or by e-mail can be configured and is accepted by written confirmation or confirmation e-mMail or letter. Orders via e-mail are binding without signature for the client.<\/p>\n

Terms of payment
\nInvoices are due immediately and without deduction.<\/p>\n

AGREEMENT
\nThe involvement of the client in making the software any rights superior to those set in this contract use to buy.<\/p>\n

Retention of title
\nCreated websites and designs and all associated rights until full payment of the agreed price the property of the creator.<\/p>\n

Copyright
\nThe copyright for published and created web pages, programs, graphics images, etc. remains solely with the creator.
\nThe client receives the full payment, unless otherwise agreed, the right of use.
\nAny duplication or use thereof in other electronic or printed publications, in particular on other websites, is not permitted without explicit approval.<\/p>\n

Reference Link
\nThe creator has the right to ver\u00f6fentlichen the created design to the website of newweb.design as a reference.<\/p>\n

Delivery time
\nDelivery dates must be agreed separately. Changes by the contracting authority shall extend the delivery time accordingly. In case of delivery delay and the Contractor a reasonable grace period of at least two weeks.<\/p>\n

Corrections and acceptance
\nChanges to the one prefabricated basic concept must be in writing. For oral Discontinued changes no liability can be accepted.
\nThe decrease is made in writing by a Release note. If within a period of 14 days after delivery of the project work no detailed written complaint, which delivered project work shall be deemed accepted.<\/p>\n

Effectiveness
\nShould one or more agreements or provisions be or become invalid, all other provisions or agreements shall remain unaffected. The ineffective agreements or provisions must then through a legally binding agreements or rules, which has the same meaning, to be replaced.<\/p>\n
